Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact info@123mobileservices.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions.
